CURVES WELCOMES SILVER SNEAKERS MEMBERS NATIONWIDE! 
Members of participating health plans who are eligible for Medicare can join Silver Sneakers without paying anything other than their regular insurance plan premium.  Silver Sneakers members pay nothing for a basic fitness membership. 

EXERCISE BUDDIES!

Are you interested in getting started on a healthy eating plan?  We meet each Monday at 10 for weigh in and a class.  Signups are limited.  Check at the desk.   

Curves Weight Management classes are a FREE service for our members.

TELEGRAPH ROAD CURVES RECEIVES SHINING STAR AWARD!

I was so excited to learn that our club had been selected to receive a new honor that Curves International has initiated. We received the "Shining Star" award which is for clubs that have proven to provide outstanding quality, service and adherence to Curves methods. This award is very selective so it is quite an honor for our club.  I've always known how great our staff is, so it's really super to know that Curves International agrees!
